The Rapier ANPR camera housings are hermetically sealed to IP68, meaning that the case is airtight, protecting the cameras electronics from dust and water, ensuring the IQ full Rapier range gives outstanding long-life and low maintenance performance. Such quality assurance allows for the Rapier ANPR cameras to be used in both fixed and mobile solutions and almost all environments due to its rugged design and optional compact housing.
Developing the Rapier range pf ALPR cameras to offer a minimum power usage of 12VDC/10W, ensures that the opportunities for usage in a wide variety of applications extends to both mobile and fixed solutions. Designing the Rapier ALPR cameras to be environmentally friendly has not diminished the performance, accuracy or quality of the ALPR cameras showing that multiple benefits can be gained without making compromises.
